This 21 storey, concrete residential tower, required the urgent replacement of the entire cladding and external wall system, which did not meet fire safety standards, requiring major renovations to 118 fully occupied homes. After removing the old cladding system, we installed a new permanent steel frame system, insulation, windows, cladding panels, fire barriers/collars, passive fire stopping system and fire escape doors.
