Retrofit of this 3 storey building created 30 modern dwellings to meet fire regulations, enhance the security and appearance of the area, improve the energy performance – reducing fuel poverty for residents with a substantial reduction in fuel usage.
Works to the fully occupied building included complete replacement of EWI, new windows, flat entrance doors, roofs, undercroft underpinning works, fire remedials, electricals, upgraded communal walkways, facade repairs, access-controlled gates, and decorating.
